When people think about Omega, they automatically think fish oils. This example is just a drop in the puddle, compared to all the other alternatives you can eat or drink. Here's a list of foods and drinks that contain omega:

Description |
Flax Seeds |
Perfect food for eczema sufferers, they contain Omega 3 and 6. You can have flax seeds with porridge or any cereal of your choice. |
Pumpkin Seeds |
Pumpkin seeds are the best seeds you can eat for dry skin conditions, because they contain Omega 6 and 9. Instead of using a pumpkin for Halloween, try eating the seeds and use the pumpkin for a delicious soup. |

Sunflower seeds are not as powerful as pumpkin seeds, but are still very food for you and have a low allergy risk. I recommend using sunflower seed oil or olive oil for cooking. |
Squash |
Squash is delicious when cooked properly. It taste like a rich jacket potatoe, but a lot easier to digest. Squash has quite a high omega 3 & 6 content. |

Very nice on quorn or organic chicken with honey mustard dressing. Mustard seeds are a good source of omega 3 & 6. |
